 As I understand it the free programmes might well find deleted files on your HD, but you could need a paid programme to actually extract them. I am concerned however that Your Factory Resetting, could well have totally eradicated the files from your HD. So I would not want to be responsible for you wasting money on something that would not work  I have never needed to do this my self, thankfully, so I'd be really interested to know how you get on
