Check out isquint (click on link) Oh I forgot to ask, you do use Mac OSX right? If you use windows then simply owning QT Pro I don't think will do the trick. I have a suspicion QT for windows does not have H.264 support. And I'm not sure about their mpeg4 conversion, since you need to be sure the file is the right dimensions. iPod supports mpeg 4 & H.264 video formats only.
