2. Remember that if you preview a file, it leaves a preview file in the incomplete folder. You should delete these before or after the file downlds. The file will be called something like Preview: my holiday.avi (you should delete all preview files!)

3. Try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire (sample image included.)

4. Make sure you have Java 1.5 as described in point 1 of above link. Remove all previous Java versions before installing Java offline.
