You didn't say which LW 4.10.x version you have. The present official version is 4.10.9, but the beta 4.11.0 has been released.

You can also send a message to LW Pro support giving them the same details we've discussed here to see if they have any ideas.

You could also try another OSX gnutella program to see if you have the same problems. Either FrostWire which is almost the same as LW, get it here http://www.frostwire.com/static/downloads.html
