 I don't suppose you're using Shaw are you. They are unpredictable! Yes they do slap filters onto those who they desire. The amount you suggest comes to less than 10 GB. I don't know how accurate you are but that is what you're suggesting. They are known for filtering individuals. And are infamously reknown with all p2p programs not just LW. But sometimes they single out individual p2p programs to filter.  |
