If the other users don't have admin permissions, then afaik they can't see your files. But since I'm not a windows user per se I might be wrong about this. Via the Control panels -> Admin ... you can set the permissions & access for folders. Why not setting up a new account with normal permissions (not admin) & log into that account & see how much you can see of your admin account.
