Thanks for responing!
1. I've tried on my Windows XP and on Vista and I am the Administrator on these computers.
2. I don't know, Windows firewalls I guess. I also run AVG Anti-Virus on all my computers.
3. at least 4 on all computers.
4. 300 to 500 on all computers.
5. DSL
6. uh, don't know. The little box here says on it " Westell WireSpeed"
