Default Another question

I recently searched for another song, downloaded about 10% of it, then stopped it to preview it and make sure it wasnt a virus. After pressing preview like 5 times in a row I get a message saying that "there is nothing to preview". So was that file a virus or something? Btw I then canceled the download completely.

I went to my "incomplete" folder and find some files. Downloads.bak, downloads.dat. and a couple MP3 files that are the preview of my song. Apparently the song was .01 seconds long. I deleted all these files.

Now I know I am not infected with any kind of virus because the download needs to be 100% complete forn the virus to work. Can anyone confirm this statement though?
