How much did you pay for LW Pro back then ? The default Pro support is only for 6 months. The Extended Pro support is for 12 months. So if you purchased over 12 months ago it sounds like your support finished.

If you bought from a site that said lifetime membership, then it was a scam site unfortunately, and chances are you did not even get LW Pro program.
