Lord of the Rings has a distinguished reputation

Where does it say 'LifeTime'? They have customer support, go to their support page.

LW Pro can be purchased in 3 forms; (a) the default 6 months of updates & support, (b) Extended which is 12 months of updates & support. And another (c) which is a single cheaper offer which does not include updates or support. Those things are specified rather clearly on their site.

You only get one bar of power? You have a connection problem I am guessing, right?
