aquabeast | The speed at which download is not always the same speed that you CAN download at. I am also going to assume that you do not have 100% of the bandwidth of this t1 line (im sure its shared such as at a business or a university) therefore your speed is also limited by the available bandwisth of the entire system.
No p2p filesharing program can have predictable download or upload speeds. its just something you get used to. |
