| Tried the « change the attribute to archive from read-only» fix for the temp folder. The folder automatically reverts to read-only. Other users have the same problem. Anybody figured out how to keep that folder as archive permanently ? All the folders in the computer with XP are read-only, and I can read and write and add any file to these folders, and so can any software. Is that fix a suggestion only, or a tried and true fix for XP users that has been tested on an actual XP installation, because it doesn't work for me ? |
