corrupt files

thank you very much for geetting in touch the pc is windows xp home edition sp2 and i am using lw 4.14.10 this has been going on for 4 weeks now since i reported it and its getting worst i am now getting fake messages saying its from lw but i delete it because about 2 years ago i got the same message and when i pressed yes it broke my pc and had to buy another one i dont know much about pc so i hope you can fix this problem thank you ladyvel
