Alright. I closed xolox and ran ad-aware and removed all spyware. I unchecked the requery box in preferences. I'm still sending and receiving so much data that there is hardly any bandwidth left for sending and receiving files. It takes 1-2 mins. to just post a message. I have no idea what this mysterious information is that is coming and going. One ad at the top of the screen does not account for all of this. I achieve 0.8kps download speed.

My connection returns to normal when I close this program. I guess the search for decent file sharing continues...
