You also tried installing to a different location? Perhaps even a different partition?

You can also try his version: Download ‘Other’ version & simply unzip & use!. It's called Other Systems (OS/2, Solaris, Linux) which also works on Windows. Other LW releases Download page.

I'd suggest you run CCleaner again & choose Registry tab. Having an incomplete installation is not good for the system.
