installation problem

i am having problems with installing Limewire,and following one of the other threads i downloaded instmsiw.exe to get around it after downloading i tried to install and got the error message wrong OS or wrong OS version for this application.I am running Windows 98 SE.Any help please.

ps the version of instmsiw.exe is 2.0.2600.2
