Installed okay; can't run

After installing I can't run the program. Below is the error I got:

Command line parameters:
/L language ID
/S hide initialization dialog. For Silent mode use /:S/v/qn
/V paremters to MsiExec.exe
/UA <url to InstMsiA.exe>
/UW <url to InstMsiW.exe>
/UM <url to Msi package>

Then there's an okay button and nothing else happens. I am so lost.
