when trying to install LW with windows xp home I get a message that says "can not create uninstall information. Installation will now exit." can anyone please tell me what to do about this? any help is appreciated.

You can't uninstall LW whilst it's still open or whilst any of its components are still active. Make sure it has been exited out of the system tray. You can use Control-Alt-Delete & open Task Manager to find out if any of LW's functions are still active. If they are then kill them. Then try again. Last resort would be to reboot 1st.

I got it installed but now when I try to connect it freezes up on me

Check your internet connections first, make sure everything is running smoothly.
