Don't buy it if it doesn't work (unless you want a chance at the email support that you can get with Pro).

If LW won't install or connect, you're one of the unlucky ones (the other 1.4 million are doing OK).

Reread the forum rules to see how to post a clear question, and maybe someone will be familiar enough with your system to help.
