| I'm trying to install Limewire on my wife's computer. I gets to the "loading Java" part & stays there. I've uninstalled Java & the old LW. Then reinstalled Java from the offline installer as mentioned earlier. I then tried to install LW from the off line install links mentioned above, but the same issue w/ the "loading Java" thing. I even went to the regedit & removed Java. One question with that though, should I have removed "Java soft" also? That I did not do. Any other suggestions would greatly be appreciated. My wife is now trying to monopolize my computer, which runs LW no problem. Thanks in advance! Ron |
