 Purchased LW Pro but only received Basi I puchased Lifetime Full & Unlimited Access with Pro Version Upgrade today. I installed the program followed with the Pro version upgrade install. However when I start LW I get a screen to upgrade to Pro Version at an addtional cost of plus $18 US dollars. I have version 4.8.1 installed and ver 4.9 is now available however I can only download the Basic version or pay to download the Pro Version. I'm confused (doesn't take much) as I purchased the Pro Upgrade but apparently only have the basic version. How do I get the Pro Version that I paid for?  |
