 If you already configured your software firewall, then it might be due to the NAT firewall on your modem/router. You should enable UPnP on your device, or if it doesn't support UPnP then manually port forward. See Connection problems? Check here first! (click on link) for instructions. BTW make sure you don't have 2 software firewalls active on your computer or that will cause problems & less security!   |
