Yes, you only get 6 months worth of updates/upgrades from date of purchase, which is similar to only getting 12 months worth of AV updates from date of registration for my Norton AV.

You see, nothing is or last forever and to expect the LW org to give you updates for infinity is either naive or selfish.

Do yourself a favour, backup the software/applications you download that way you won't be caught out again.

Thanks. I wish I had known that from the beginning. I'll remember it next time. I'll just have to buy the upgrade.
