 I have barely downloaded anything, maybe 7-8 songs, and I have 2 virus protection programs that are always running. At least you can get some decent support here -_-I'll go back and try #5 again, see what happens. *EDIT* Problem was I didn't reboot to Safe Mode, apparently. Virus is gone, works fine now. Thanks!
