 I can't get it to work (shuts down after search screen loads) I have tried and tried to use my newly downloaded version of Limewire.I followed all of the instructions .I try and run the program and I get the search screen for about 5 seconds and then it disappears. Anyone know why? I am using Windows XP. Thanks  |

| Try uninstalling your Java from the add/remove programs and then re-install the JRE 5.11 offline version.... Archive: Download Java 2 Platform Standard Edition (J2SE) 5.0 Update 11 If that does not help with your problem try deleting your preference folder/s... Fixes for Limewire when LW isn't operating as it should
