LW is always stuck at 12%

My LW wont change, and it keeps on getting stuck at 12%(loading HTML) or w.e... even though i do what people posted about it before! Can someone help me XD.
-information
-I dont have the ".limewire" folder to delete
-I downloaded the offline version off JRE 5.0 update 11
-i keep uninstalling and reinstalling limewire :|
