hi all
ive downloaded the latest version,ive windows xp by the way, and when i click on the desktop icon the language screen etc comes up and i get to a screen that talks about firewalls with nowhere to go or click on and i am stalled.
ive tried everything.
turned off windows firewall too.
any help appreciated.

by the way my son downloaded the latest version with no problems..
where am i going wrong

If that doesn't help, try reinstalling Java. Download the JRE offline installer & remove your current Java version(s) before installing this one.
