Problems with Instlation When installing Limewire for Windows Vista it continues to ask for afoulder location to be selected and when one is selected, it gives a message saying the following: Your save foulder is not valid. It may have been deleted, you may not have permissions to writ to it, or there may be another problem. Please choose a different foulder. We have tried all the suggestions we've seen in previous threads about this problem and it continues to pull up that error message. How can we solve this problem? |

Open Limewire click on Tools --> Options --> Saving Now you will see a Save Folder and in the Folder window provided it will show you where your present downloads are being saved:- [eg] C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Shared To change this click on Browse and find the Folder you wish to save your files in. Click OK |
Yes, the files do not download into the foulder that was finally accepted during instlattion and insteads downloads it into a different foulder. We have tried the suggestion you had just replied with and it will not change to a different foulder. |
