Default New problem - corruption

Hi.

I've scrolled back a few pages and searched but I don't think anyone has the saem problem as me.

I have previously had LW on my laptop but had to delete it off my laptop when i went to university because it wouldn't allow me to use wifi with LW on my laptop. I also had to disable something..that I can't remember. But now I can't re-install LW, so any help would be great.

Oh yeah also, when i try and re-install it says installation is corrupt.

Brat
what do you mean you went to a different installer?
let me know what you did, so I can go and do it... I have never had this problem and can usually always figure it out, but again, anyone out there that can help, I have everything shut off in my computer, that would normally be asked, just as a precaution.
Again,,, anyhelp, thanks

Ok, another question.... sorry, but this is really bugging me...

If I uninstall the old version of Limewire, and reinstall, (which is probably the best) will I loose all of my music and other files I have downloaded...
I already have them saved to my I-Tunes library, but still wondering.
Thanks
