Good question since many countries have different ratings. 
G = General Viewing. PG = Parental Guidance recommended. PG-13 not sure (perhaps over 13). Probably similar to previous.
R = Restricted. Usually adults only. Could be either porn or strong violence or strong language. NC & NR not sure. NC could be not recommended for children under 17.
Hopefully one of the USA members can fill us in.
