Hello...I'm new in the forums, 5 years in limewire...Got a Big Questions (Limewire was unable to initialize and start)

I went to an older version it did download but still not open it and still saying the same message as before because an exception or because of my router machine something like that, I already did the exception how could I do the router thing???? I already uninstall java and lw and reinstalled them but still the same way...please , please, please help meeeeeeeee I don't know what to do no more i want to break my pc because with out lw and music is not the same.............
