Windows ME Installer

I too am one of many windows platform users that cannot install the limewire program.Im using windows ME and I get the error message "Installation package could not be opened verify that this is a valid windows installer". Is anyone in technical support listening? Ive spent countless wasted hours in the forum and read alot of advice from other users to no avail. Drew
