 Xolox already does that (partly). Ever noticed that some files did have a rank of 1 (+ 2 parts) or something like that? That means that there is one guy who has the actual file and two other guys download it just now from him. Since Xolox does partial download it will also try to download from those latter two guys... You see, Xolox is pretty smart.  |
