Cannot Install Limewire

Hi everyone, I have just downloaded version 5.2.13 and tried to install it but I get the error message ' error opening file for writing C:\program files\itunes\limewire\limewire.exe'.
I have tried reinstalling an older version but still get the same error message. Your help in resolving this matter would be appreciated. I hope I have given enough information regarding the problem.

If still problems, try the 'Other' version Download ‘Other’ version & simply unzip & use! which requires no installing. But you still need Java installed.
