Hi Omega I had the same problem yesterday and fixed it by doing this:- [1] Open windows explorer select Tools à Folder Options à View à Show hidden files and folders. [2] In windows explorer look for the Limewire Folder – go here:- c:\documents and settings\username\applications data\limewire [3] Ensure that limewire is off - now Open the .limewire folder and look for and delete the gnutella.net file – now download a new version from (here) it will be named gnutella.net.net and save it to your desktop [4] Now drag the new gnutella.net.net file into the limewire folder. [5] Close the LW Folder and start up Limewire – if it still doesn’t connect go back into the limewire folder and rename the new downloaded gnutella.net.net file to gnutella.net. (ensure that LW is off before you do this) [6] Close the LW Folder and start up LW again – hopefully your problem is fixed Please let us know how you get on
