WHAT DOES IT MEAN NOT FULLY CONNECTED?
It means that you are not connected fully to the Gnutella network -- click on this link (Connection troubleshooting) if this doesn't fix / help you try this:-
In Limewire Links (below) click on (If LW will not connect) and go through these fixes -- if still no good click on (system details) fill in and post back here
