This is because in the Control Panel when i checked the Windows Security Center it says NOT MONITORED.Please calrify on this.Also please let me know whether the other questions answered by me earlier did satisy your requirements

Anand | If you see the brick wall icon, that means that there's a firewall somewhere.
If there's no firewall enabled on your computer then the firewall's more than likely from within your office's setup. You must check this out with whoever's in charge of the workplace internet. |
