 You could try port forwarding for your Netcomm. I've got a Netcomm NB9W & have never bothered with using UPnP, just port forwarded. Give it a try. The instructions for your router are here. PortForward.com - Free Help Setting up Your Router or Firewall Don't forget to set up a static IP address first. LW's listening port, port in the 'manual port forward' box & port forwarded within a router must all be the same number.
