 First update your java GO/START/Set Program Access/Change or Remove Programs, Turn Vista firewall off, or Norton, its your choice two firewalls running will conflict. Norton would need completely uninstalling so its your choice. now completely remove all versions of java. Re BOOT Your computer NOW. Now! Use this Blue Link to get "Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 Update 12" Use the off line installer, NOT the (recommended) one, 4th one down. Java SE Downloads - Previous Release - JDK 5 When Download is completed. Disconnect from internet, close ALL apps n reinstall java. Now just check this. Port Forwarding for the Norton Internet Security 2007 If you feel that your Norton isn't configured properly with Limewire, Click on this Blue link...it will help you Configure it.
