Firewall problem

Connection Problems Problems getting the LimeWire or WireShare program connecting to the Gnutella network. (not about connecting to files, that is a Download/Upload Problems section issue.) Please supply system details as described in the forum rules.

Wow - where are you located Lord of the Rings?? Obviously in a different time zone..... Ha.
Well, I went to LM's menu bar and under Options, advanced, firewall configuration - I tried to change the listening port to 64049 and/or 50012, said both ports were unavailable.
I unchecked "Connect on start" and tried that way but as soon as LW opened I saw the brick wall and knew it was still detecting a firewall.
Yes, I have turned off (for the time being anyway) both my firewalls, Vista and Zone Alarm Security.
