Connection

I have used limewire for quite some time now, and it hasnt given me any problems. Recently the connection hasnt connected so I downloaded the newest version and it still wont. The bars at the bottom of the page are red and whenever i search something it says that its currently trying to connect. My internet connection isnt the best since its sharing a wireless connection with another computer, but this hasnt stopped it from working in the past. I have tried removing the firewall, but this hasnt helped either.

Any help appreciated.

Good luck. Seems even if you've purchased limewire and it functioned in the past it is NOT functioning now. Even with ISP assistance and the removal of firewalls I cannot connect. I've even tried contacting "limewire". No reply. So much for a product that you would "want" to upgrade, as it appears customer service doesn't exist.

Pse click on the link(If LW will not connect) in my signature (below) and work yr way through these fixes - if these dont work try the link (connection problems) if problem remains pse click on system details - fill in as much as you can and post to this thread
