 My ISP Block me From Using Socks. Hey everybody. I'm using 3G Broadband connection. and i have been trying to use socks and proxy with my connection. but each time i try to use the proxy socks my ip never change still remain the original ip address. but if i go to friends place i can us proxy sock. can anyone help me out is there is any software that i can use so i will be able to use proxy socks on my connection manually  |
