No Firewall and No Connection.

Hi.

First of all, LimeWire has the globe with the brick wall infront of it. What's funny is that my firewalls are all off. None of them are currently working.

Secondly, I have 4 red bars and 1 green bar as my connection. Sometimes i'm left with 5 red bars. I understand this may be a problem with my compuyer, because my Windows Live Messenger won't connect either.

Can someone PLEASE help me? I haven't used LimeWire in 5 months and I really need it.

I run on a Windows XP.

click on this link (port 6346 test) -- what does it say -- did your test work -- also your norton antivirus -- is that a suite -- does it also contain a firewall if so you will have to disable one of your firewalls -- your cable connection -- have you got a router as these contain firewalls also -- they need to be configured to allow LW full access
