Default Connection being silly~

I've read all the previous threads, and have tried all the recommended solutions. But it's still not working! I'm neither being stupid or the computer is being stupid!!!!

So here are some info I can list out and hopefully u guys can help me!
- I have Windows Vista
- I also have McAfee Security
- I have the firewall enabled, but also have LW listed as "Fully Access"
- The firewall under Windows control panel is disabled

I just renewed my subscription to LW version 4.18.3, and it's still not working. LW would start up normally, but when I tried to connect it to the internet, it will not work! No matter what I try!!! Under "Connections", it'll show "10 connecting", but each will connect for 20 secs or so, then it'll disappear. They r replaced by new IPs.

I dont know if my info r explained correctly, but please help me~
And I apologize if my problem had been listed before!
THANK YOU

I presume you mean you updated your LW to version 4.18.3 if so that means you have to reconfigure your firewall to accept LW once again -- have a look at this link hopefully it can help you (No Compromise” Vista-McAfee-Limewire Solution) if this doesn't work In Limewire Links (below) click on (system details) fill in and post back here
