Default Can't figure out how to add Limewire to "exceptions". Can't connect...

Limewire can't get a connection. I have Norton 360, which must be blocking it. I've looked through all the Norton settings a million times but I can't find anywhere where I can add Limewire to the exceptions or take it off of the "worm" list.
I've also tried reinstalling limewire...
Can anyone help?
Thanks.

Try this link for how to add LW rules to the firewall: PortForward.com - Free Help Setting up Your Router or Firewall

Also: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/226610-post6.html
And for worm protection popups: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/genera...us-2005-a.html

If those links don't help, try the tips here: If LW Will Not Connect

If nothing there helps, post back with your system details

If birdy's fixes dont work try this for your nortons 360
Go to Tasks & Settings --> Change Advanced Settings --> Firewall Protections Settings --> Firewall Program Rule (Tab)
Look for the LimeWire program in there and make sure the access drop down menu is set to "Allow" If it is then the setting is correct, if you have to change to "Allow" then click "Apply"
If after doing this the problem remains it might be your firewall on your router (if you are using one) and this must also be configured to allow limewire access.
