 The quick and dirty way..... Simply plug your modem directly into the 'puter and bypass the router set up. This is what I do. It gives me the fastest connection possible. When I am done I plug the router back in the way it was for wireless networking. There are also a lot of posts on firewall / router issues on this list. A little topic searching will go a long way to finding your best solution. g'luck!   |
