![]() The Free version worked fine for 7 months although it was slow to download. Thinking Pro might be faster, I paid for it. It won't configure correctly and opens a Welcome Wizard with no buttons to click. I've read a lot of posts from users who had a version which worked and then upgraded and have odd problems with disappearing or partially visible windows; windows with no buttons java error messages & other things. The worst part is that once LimeWire malfunctions, it continues to do so despite fresh installations and downloads. Good luck, and keep us posted on what you did to correct the problem, if you are able to do so. Try increasing the ram allocation to LimeWire . . . |
