I'm sorry, I'm not sure I know how to do this. I've had macs forever, and I work on them everyday, but I've never had a problem like this. I'm not sure how to do what you posted above.

Right now I have:

Quicktime 7.1.3
I tunes 7.0.2
mac os X 10.3.9

I read through all of the suggestions here. First I removed the reciepts mentioned and tried to install the plug in listed, it didn't work. When I tried it again with the other receipt, my computer would not let me install (as some people mentioned). Eventaully, I was able to reload the java with the link posted at the top of the last page. I tried to revert back to older versions of Quicktime, but the links listed here didn't work, and I couldn't find an older version on my own.

If you could just help walk me through my next step it would be great.

Thank you so much, I'm really trying to get this limewire working, I paid for the upgrade and it hasn't worked for over a month
