![]() Hi Madlad - I have had exactly the same problems with accessing pro support. i bought the basic programme yesterday and having used it for a couple of hours decided to upgrade to pro. I followed the instructions and paid the extra, then downloaded the new program. my main problem is that the new software is the same as the old - lime wire 4.9.23 and not 4.10. I have been trying to contact pro support to resolve the issue without success. have you got any further with this? |
