i have uninstalled it the way that u wnted me to and when i installed it again it brings uip the same message saying that it cannot install those files??
is there ne other solution?

ok - I dont know why this is happening -- can you download/install a different version of Limewire Then re-install limewire using the offline installer...To find the offline installer, use the link below > cancel the installer window when it pop's up and then select the offline installer link...Lime Wire » Download LimeWire

alright i guess i could try that option..... but am running LimeWire V 4.14.8 PRO.... can u think of ne other way that i could do this because i like the version i am using now

If not then i guess this is the way that i will have to go to get lime wire running

hi brendan, well yr present version isnt working at the moment so I just thought to give a different version a go to see if it downloads ok -- if it doesnt go back to yr original version --- it's abit of trial and error here to see what will work -- give it a go and let us know how you got on
dont forget to use the Limewire uninstall and to delete the Limewire folder as I have said in previous posts

ok i uninstalled it the way that u told me too. then i went and downloaded it again using the offline downloader... but then when i went to install it it still would not let me install those 4 files.!!!

is there ne othr fixes that i could try to fix this problem with??

ok i cannoot believe it!!! i installed limewire from the link that u provided and it installed all of the files but then when i go to search it does not let me there is an error message that comes up and says "Please Wait, Limewire must finish loading before a search can be started" i have let limewire load for close to half an hour now!!! and it still bring that one up!

u fix one problem and another rises:P LMAO
Do u have nething that could possibly fix this problem now???
